Overnight, police found a man with a non-life-threatening gunshot wound to his leg in the 300 block of First Avenue North, per KARE 11.

Development: Plans for a data center at the former Star Tribune printing plant — all 600,000 square feet of it — have been scrapped as the city's moratorium on such projects continues.
