A drone rescue — and a drone retreat. Officer Adisak Saema says a first responder drone helped him locate — and rescue — a 5-year-old boy with autism just as the child was starting to struggle in the water. The account comes the same week the City Council, citing privacy concerns, withdrew a resolution without a vote Wednesday that would have expanded the police drone program; the department will keep its three current drones.
