Minneapolis police are juggling multiple shooting investigations. Two men are expected to recover after being shot early Sunday morning in Dinkytown near the University of Minnesota, a shooting serious enough to trigger a campus alert; a man at the scene was arrested for possessing a handgun without a permit. Separately, a man is in critical condition after being shot on I-94, and a woman is in critical condition after an overnight shooting that remains under investigation.

In the Marcy-Holmes area, a bullet ripped through a woman's condo near the Stone Arch Bridge early Saturday morning. "I'm really concerned for my safety here," she told KSTP.

St. Paul

Two men were hospitalized after a fight outside Chances Tavern escalated into gunfire early Monday, according to police, who said the injuries are not life-threatening. KSTP reported a forensics team was on the scene Monday morning.

Separately, 18-year-old Jerry D'John Anthony Sanders has been charged with three counts of second-degree assault in connection with a St. Paul shooting that injured two teenagers.
