A 17-year-old has been charged in juvenile court with possessing a firearm as a minor in connection with Sunday's fatal shooting at Hartkopf Park in Brooklyn Park, where a 16-year-old was found dead around 10:45 p.m. The Hennepin County Attorney's Office says additional charges could still be filed as the investigation continues.
