A heartbreaking story out of north Minneapolis — grandparents are grieving their 16-year-old grandson, described as "just the best kid," who was shot and killed Thursday evening in a double shooting that also injured a man. Accomplices have been charged in a hit-and-run crash that killed a former Army medic in Minneapolis, connected to an attempted car theft.
